**Job Description:**
**Location** : Jersey City, NJ
+ Develop automations with UiPath RPA platform.
+ Liaison between business users, project management, and the IT team.
+ Research, evaluate, and maintain assigned items to accurately forecast and report status.
+ Assess, design, and develop to meet business requirements.
+ Provide technical expertise to define project scope in collaboration with line of business leaders.
+ Evaluate business requirements and technical specifications.
+ Contribute to test plan and test case development.
+ Monitor system and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
+ Work with business leaders for successful implementation of net new and upgrades to automations.
+ Ensure that projects and systems are delivered to meet defined requirements.
+ Define and document "as is" and "to be" workflows and review with business leaders.
+ Execute the project according to the project plan.
+ Contribute to project plans, issue logs, and tasks in the systems of record.
+ Coordinate with development team members, project management, internal and external technology partners to maintain compliance.
+ Operate in accordance with Policies for the Information Security Program (PISP) and Standards for the Information Security Program (SISP).
+ Keep abreast of industry and security updates and suggest improvements as appropriate.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
+ 3-5 years IT and/or systems experience, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
+ UiPath Studio and the development of automations.
+ Familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding preferred.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of UiPath ecosystem (Orchestrator, Studio, Robots).
+ Proficient with at least 1 object-oriented programming language and SQL a plus.
+ Experience with insurance and/or sales applications and workflows a plus.
+ Team oriented; hands-on approach expected.
+ Able to manage multiple rapidly changing, high visibility priorities and project

**Salary Transparency:**
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience,skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $56186 to $87556/yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation includingvariablecompensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
