Your impact on the team As our Automation Engineer, you will be part of Digital Workspace Engineering team and will be responsible to drive our automation strategy by identifying opportunities for automation that can increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy. You will partner with business stakeholders across IT, HR, and other departments to understand their workflow challenges and processes. What will you do ? Design and develop robust automation solutions using tools and technologies like PowerShell, Microsoft Power Automate, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platforms. Create and manage Automation Workflows (Bots) to integrate with enterprise applications like Fieldglass, Okta, Workday, and ServiceNow. Develop AI-powered BOT workflows to automate IT and HR self-help scenarios, enabling users to resolve common issues independently. Administer and support the Microsoft Power Platform environment, ensuring optimal performance and security. Work with Service Desk, M365, and Endpoint teams to develop and implement PowerShell scripts for automating repetitive tasks and administrative processes. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of automation solutions. What are we looking for? 2+ years of relevant experience as Automation Engineer Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), APIs, and database systems. Ability to interface with other applications like Service Now and other IT applications Experienced in the developing PowerShell for Office 365 products Experience in working with API and webhooks Experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
