Subfamily Description
NW Design & Optimisation (NWD) comprises the planning and / or managing the planning of communications networks for customers. Covers consultation of customers on communication network performance. Contains optimisation and / or managing of the optimisation of customer networks. Covers the execution of end-to-end design-related activities (address surveys, site surveys, design and as-built) for deployment projects.

Knowledge & Experience

• Works independently and effectively in his / her area of New Product Introduction ( run Product or Solution Demos, Lab Trials, Field Trials, support formal Homologations or Type Approvals by customer on our products or solutions, provides technical support during pilot introduction of new products in customer networks) for pre-sales activities or deployment projects by delivering his / her outcomes with the expected quality, timely and according to estimated cost/duration.
• Independently performs assignments with a broad guidelines and uses best practices and knowlede of internal and external business issues to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Transfers concepts for professional direction of own organizational unit into actionable measures.
• Prepares New Product Introduction related activities with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex issues and to+X13 contribute to process improvements.
• Prepares Test Lab environment and generate NPI documentation of the planned activities with autonomy and reusing best practices.
• May lead New Product Introduction activities from inception phase through execution and lesson learnt sharing.
