A team is also dedicated to the maintenance of equipment in operation at our customers' plants.

We are currently seeking an Automation Engineer, who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and program automation systems using PLCs, HMIs, and new industrial technologies Conduct feasibility studies and recommend solutions for equipment reliability improvement Perform system integration, including sensors, actuators, and controllers Troubleshoot and maintain robotic and automated systems Optimize system performance by analyzing data and making adjustments. Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, production staff, and stakeholders to ensure project success Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Analyze electrical automation issues, propose solutions and where necessary implement modifications in liaison with back offices to comply with change requests / specification amendments Provide technical expertise and advise on all electrical automation activities and requirements for efficient delivery of maintenance activities Conduct technical investigations and detailed fault finding for recurring and/or serious problems related to electrical automation activities Ensure electrical automation records are maintained and kept fully up to date as per Company policies and procedures Ability to design and implement robotic automation systems for assembly and commissioning environments Program and integrate industrial robots and develop control algorithms for robotic task execution Ensure compliance with all relevant (internal and external) regulations including HSEQ requirements using Company policies and procedures as appropriate
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Automation Engineering or a relevant field Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
