Position Overview

McCallie Associates, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC, has an exciting opportunity for an Automation Engineer - SME who will implement automation solutions by translating designs from Senior DevOps Engineers into functional scripts, tools, and workflows; create and maintain frameworks for testing, deployment, and system monitoring to streamline processes and enhance efficiency; collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and ensure seamless integration into existing systems; troubleshoot and optimize automation processes to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Automate Implementation: Translate designs into functional automation scripts, tools, and workflows. Framework Development: Create and maintain frameworks for automated testing, deployment (CI/CD), and system monitoring. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with development, operations, and other teams to identify and implement automation opportunities. Process Improvement: Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes for better reliability and performance.
