Seeking candidates for Automation Engineer openings for a large national account onsite in Pontiac, MI; Reston, VA; or Plano/Dallas, TX.  The project is for 12 months with extensions possible.

 

Skills required:

5+ years of experience in an Automation Tester/Engineer role (preferably at the enterprise level) with 2 years in full life cycle implementation, customization, and execution.3+ years of Quick Test Pro (QTP) experience record & playback function, creation and management of object repositories and descriptive programming.Must have prior experience in design and development of custom test automation frameworks.Advanced knowledge of Quality Center API and QTP Automation Object Model.Must have strong development skills in VBScript to customize QTP Scripts.Must have experience using Business Process Testing (BPT).Experience in designing and developing applications using C++/C#/Java.Strong working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Unix.Experience with both front end and backend testing.Experience working with Client/Server, Web, and SOA/Web Services technologies.

Nice to have:

Experience in working with Selenium Experience with SOA.
