EMCOR Services combines the expertise of two of the tri-state’s oldest and most innovative companies, providing building automation solutions for mechanical and electrical systems in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Indianapolis, Evansville, Lexington, Louisville, Memphis and the surrounding areas. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Primary installer of multiple HVAC automation systems + Interface with new construction project team members to execute installation or modifications of new controlled systems and equipment. + Install and maintain network infrastructure equipment including servers, routers, switches, cabling. + Install low voltage communications cabling, wiring and direct digital control system controllers and components. + Install EMT, IMT conduit raceways. + Read and interpret control system design documents and mechanical blueprints. + Understanding of and practical application of National Electric Code. + Requires Union membership. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** To best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following qualifications: + Union Apprenticeship program verification, and/or Journeyman’s card. + Automation controls system experience is a plus (Distech, JCI, Siemens, ALC, etc.) + Good customer interface skills in person and in writing is essential. + Participate in training, both formal and on-the-job, of various automation controls systems. **Notice to prospective employees: There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings.
