Responsibilities

Efficiently and effectively operate specific automation equipment to prevent downtime.

Manage raw materials throughout automation equipment (inspect, load, replace, etc).Perform duties quickly to avoid production back up.Responsible for unjamming equipment, restarting automation process and overseeing reject stations.Complete proper documentation for identification and traceability.Perform and document cleaning and sanitation responsibilities.Weigh, tape, lift, and stack filled shipping cartons onto pallets, if required.Alert Shift Coordinator or QA of noticeable defects to raw materials and/or finished goods.Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance task as assigned by Shift Coordinator.    Qualifications 1-2 years’ manufacturing experience required; previous Industrial machine experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and/or holidays as scheduled Good verbal, writing, and math skillsAbility to work collaboratively with othersComputer literacy

Physical Attributes:

Must be able to stand for continuously for 12 hoursLift 45+ lbs. repeatedly throughout during shift Twist / Turn repeatedly throughout during shiftBending/ Stooping / Kneel repeatedly throughout during shift Pushing/ Pulling/ Reaching repeatedly during shift Carrying 45+ lbs. repeatedly during shiftMust be able to wear all required Personal protective equipment (PPE) continuously during shift.
