For more information, visit our website , or connect with us on LinkedIn or Twitter. **Responsibilities** Efficiently and effectively operate specific automation equipment to prevent downtime. + Manage raw materials throughout automation equipment (inspect, load, replace, etc). + Perform duties quickly to avoid production back up. + Responsible for unjamming equipment, restarting automation process and overseeing reject stations. + Complete proper documentation for identification and traceability. + Perform and document cleaning and sanitation responsibilities. + Weigh, tape, lift, and stack filled shipping cartons onto pallets, if required. + Alert Shift Coordinator or QA of noticeable defects to raw materials and/or finished goods. + Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance task as assigned by Shift Coordinator. **Qualifications** + 1-2 years’ manufacturing experience required; previous Industrial machine experience preferred + High school diploma or equivalent + Ability to work overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and/or holidays as scheduled + Good verbal, writing, and math skills + Ability to work collaboratively with others + Computer literacy Physical Attributes: + Must be able to stand for continuously for 12 hours + Lift 45+ lbs. repeatedly throughout during shift + Twist / Turn repeatedly throughout during shift + Bending/ Stooping / Kneel repeatedly throughout during shift + Pushing/ Pulling/ Reaching repeatedly during shift + Carrying 45+ lbs. repeatedly during shift + Must be able to wear all required Personal protective equipment (PPE) continuously during shift. \#INEMD We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
