By joining us as an Automation & Optimization Analyst, you will join a group of passionate, dynamic, and optimization-focused Data and Analytics teams. You will be equipped with automation skills, lean and six sigma optimization methodologies as used in data and analytics in support of decisions-making.
In this capacity, you will collaborate with internal and external teams on streamlining existing data and analytics processes. This gives you a vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

As an Automation & Optimization Analyst, you will:
Manage the ServiceNow environment and handle ticket requests for all Copeland Data and Analytics inquiries.Fulfil requests for broken reports and dashboards, implementing necessary fixes and improvements.Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that help businesses support their strategic business decisions.Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Sigma or Power BI to present data insights clearly to stakeholders.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for data solutions.Implement and aid in the development of Data and Analytics’ best practices, data quality standards and reporting strategies across the business.Automation Development: Design, develop, and implement automated processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to enhance analytics process efficiency.Evaluate existing data management, processing, and transformation methods used by the business for gaps and inefficiencies; recommend and implement optimization strategies.Create comprehensive documentation for automated processes and provide training to business stakeholders on the changes, new tools and methodologies applied.Ensure high integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data throughout its lifecycle by implementing enterprise-driven data quality and management frameworks.Automate and optimize processes, reports and dashboards using our data ecosystems and analytics tools.Work with and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reports and dashboards for process improvement, optimization, automation, and eliminationPerforms other functions as may be deemed necessary by and needed to deliver the output guided by the company, site and department’s vision, mission, and employee policies.Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data & Analytics, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.Applied mastery of data & analytics tools and methodologiesStrong process approach and numeracy skills.#LI-Hybrid
