Day Shift (1) Tuesday-Saturday 8am-4:30pm or (1) Sunday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm

Pay rate $21/hr.

Plan and virtually monitor all warehouse processes to ensure products are completed on time. Troubleshoot defective equipment/systems and partner with appropriate department for resolution, while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

What You’ll Do:

Monitor TV screens in the control room to track and manage warehouse processes.Plan and virtually oversee all warehouse activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time completion.Optimize product flow to maximize system capacity and eliminate bottlenecks.Track system downtime and implement improvement strategies.Troubleshoot equipment and system issues, conducting root cause analysis and partnering with technical teams for resolution.Develop best practices for automated warehouse operations.

What You Bring:

At least 1 year of experience in an automated warehouse environment.Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment or process issues.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Comfortable working in varying temperatures (-20°F in cold storage, up to 100°F in dry storage), with provided protective gear.Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends if needed.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with varying noise levels.
