Project Management (PM) encompasses the management and execution of cross-functional and geographically distributed projects and programs from initiation to completion. This includes defining project/program goals and supporting business objectives and strategies. The role ensures that projects and programs meet their targets, schedules, and cost estimates while maintaining quality standards and staying within the planned scope. Additionally, it involves managing risks that may impact project outcomes and overall delivery.

Subfamily Description

Internal Project Management (IPM) focuses on monitoring and ensuring that internal customer projects are executed within the agreed scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. The role includes implementing process improvements to optimize development timelines and assisting in the integration of complex business factors to support and implement long-term strategic planning objectives.

 

Software project management experience: Coordination of multidisciplinary teams, global stakeholder management, schedule management, risks, and deliverables.Minimum 5 years of experience in software development project management and process automation.Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics, import and export of Nokia products.Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP P20 as Key User, including modules Quantity Contract, Sales Order, Service Order, Delivery and Invoice.Mastery of agile methodologies, Agile and Scrum, with experience in software development project management.Experience with project management and support tools, such as JIRA for backlog management and OSTicket for IT Helpdesk.Ability to structure and document processes, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and SOX audits.Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.Certifications (desired): PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL.
 Leads key projects and automation initiatives that positively impact business operations, including streamlining processes, improving RPA efficiency, and integrating automation solutions into global and regional operations.Manages project execution performance with respect to financial and operational KPIs, including cost, timelines, revenue, and project assets.Interfaces with key stakeholders, business area leadership, and global teams to align project goals with strategic business objectives.Translates business processes and requirements into user stories for developers, ensuring clear understanding and execution.Writes and manages requirements in JIRA, ensuring traceability and alignment with project scope.Executes Scrum ceremonies with the development team, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Defines the Definition of Done (DoD) and ensures proper testing and acceptance of activities before deployment.Conducts thorough risk management, identifying and mitigating potential impacts on automation and digital transformation projects.Solves complex problems using sophisticated analytical thought and strategic judgment to drive process automation improvements.Maintains comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations to support operational continuity.Provides support for automation solutions, assisting teams in issue resolution and continuous improvement efforts.Acts as a professional leader for teams and taskforces, often serving as a senior specialist and best practice resource within the process automation and RPA domain.Leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity, handling day-to-day staff management, including resource allocation and team coordination.
