Collaborate within an agile team providing input for product backlog, sprint planning, story development and testing, demos, and team retrospective Provide estimates and timelines for test automation and projects Define, establish, extend and maintain test automation libraries, frameworks and tooling solutions, primarily focused on Automated Smoke, Functional and Regression Testing efforts Create and execute system, regression, and integrated tests across multiple environments as changes are promoted and staged for production Develop and execute test automation scripts using tools/frameworks Incorporate test automation into CI / CD process Gain test script sign off from QA/Dev Managers on the test scripts. Provide training and guidance for QA practices and the automation efforts Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices. Depending on size and complexity of project, may also be assigned to perform duties of project

Functional & Technical Skills:

•    Ability to convert complex business, technical requirements and use cases to test cases and test plans
•    Experience working on cloud and digital platforms
•    Experience with Lean and Agile methodologies & eXtreme Programming
•    Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, designers, and product owners
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to the audience
•    Ability to work collaboratively and navigate complex decision making in a rapidly changing environment
