Your role and responsibilities

••\tIntegrate China Automation sales support team to be one team, drive team synergy and capability exellence, optimize the work flow and imprrove efficiency. Provide best fit proposal and offerings to fit for customers needs, driving differentiators, collect and analyze market infrmations. Absorb the latest ABB PA technology and covert it to China applicationConsolidate the working loop with engineering team, driving opportunities, optimization and standardzation in proposal stage, prevent inaccurate or over designed proposal . Work with other functions to continuosly explore opportunities of saving. Creates, implements and revieCreates, implements, and reviews sales support and the strategy.•\tDefines key targets and ensures their achievement by overseeing progress and defining improvement actions for technical support and satisfaction.•\tOversees the support provided and proposal preparation by assigning and allocating internal and external resources for technical support and proposal preparation.•\tEnsures the most competitive offers considering the market situation and customer conditions.•\tIdentifies the most effective approach (e.g., direct sales, consortium, or channel) for better serving the customer.•\tOversees the validation of terms and conditions (commercial, technical, legal, and pricing) in each offer.•\tSupports bid/no bid analyses and decisions.•\tParticipates in project risk review processes.•\tEnsures the required technical support and clarifications are provided to the Sales organizations during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with customers.•\tFocuses on achievement of inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).•\tProcesses orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and acts as the first point of contact for customer queries related to orders.•\tBuilds long-term and sustainable customer relationships by prioritizing their work as per defined criteria to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.•\tDevelops, implements, and maintains effective technical support processes by participating in development projects (e.g., tools, competencies, resources).•\tShares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.ws local sales support strategy.

Qualifications for the role

Strategic leadership skills. Strong entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills - Minimum 10 – 12 years of experience in tenical support for Automation engineering Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience having been in a Leadership role managing a team - New energy transition industries experience is preferred-Significant work experience preferred to have exposure to major industries like refinery/ petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Power Generation etc. industries in China. - Solid working experience in either European or American multinational companies Ability to communicate fluently in English; both spoken and written
