What will you do?
As Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the indirect sales via channel partners, such as Wholesalers, HVAC OEMs, and Building Automation Solutions Partners (VAP) in a sales territory. You will be responsible to manage, grow and maintain relationships with existing Wholesalers, OEMs, and Automation Solutions Partners (VAP). You will be responsible to manage key accounts and prospect/identify new partners to increase sales in the Ontario and Manitoba territory.

What will you need to succeed?
Bachelor’s degree or technical college in a technical field preferred. 5 years proven track record in HVAC/Building Automation Sales. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational, inter-personal, and negotiation skills are required. Strong English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Self-starting personality is required to efficiently structure work schedule and work successfully from your home office, with the ability for an in-office presence for meetings / training / workshops as needed on occasion. Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and other basic computer skills; MS Office suite. Valid driver’s license in good standing to participate in Siemens vehicle program. Travel: locally within Ontario, preferably in the Ottawa area. Some travel to Manitoba will be requiredLocation: The candidate may be based anywhere in Ontario and must be open to travel with GTA, Ottawa and occasionally to Manitoba.
