We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our Ericsson team as a Technical Authority Expert. This critical role belongs to our Managed Services department, directly contributing to our ongoing Ericsson Operations Engine projects. What you will do
• Identify the root cause of the problem and provide a comprehensive report encompassing all facets of the issue.
• Use multi-domain skills to identify corrective actions for problem prevention.
• Engage in activities focused on identifying and resolving problems proactively.
• Analyze and validate network performance reports and devise an action plan for network enhancement.
• Conduct correlations between alarms, trouble tickets, and work orders to address persistent network issues.
• Investigate various sources of information to identify patterns in major problems.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive record of problems, root causes, and solution details in the form of a knowledge base.
• Identify and document network risks and monitor them until resolution.
• Identify potential opportunities for automation using AI/ML.
• Determine business benefits for automation and AI/ML use cases.
• Ensure compliance with EOE processes in the workplace.
• Ensure the use of correct working methodologies, best practices, and continuous improvement in ways of working to enhance efficiency and improve service delivery.

The Skill you Bring:
•Education qualification: BE or B Tech with Min 7 years of experience.
Comprehensive understanding of GSM, IMS/VoLTE, encompassing telephony switching principles, traffic concepts, telecommunication networks, and signaling.
• Practical experience with MSCs, MGW, BSP-BC, HLR/HSS, CSCF, MTAS, SBGs, SBCs, SGSN, GGSN, EPG, PCC etc.
• Proficiency in various protocols such as SS7, ISUP, BICC, SIGTRAN, INAP, CAP, TCAP, MAP, SCCP, SIP, SDP, GTP, and Diameter signaling.
• Knowledge of call flows, call scenarios, multiple test cases, and related concepts.
• Understanding of 2G/3G/LTE/4G, VoLTE/IMS, and associated call flows.
• Familiarity with the performance and characteristics of core network nodes.
• Data analytical skills, modeling, and practical experience using Excel.
• Understanding of KPI formulae, KPI degradation, and troubleshooting KPI issues.
• Knowledge of core network performance/configuration parameters and their interpretation and application.
