C.H. Robinson is looking for an innovative Automation Solutions Developer to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop automated solutions using PowerApps and Power Automate to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. You will support internal teams by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. Experience with databases such as Dataverse or SQL Server is essential, and familiarity with AI components/tools and Python integration with the Power Platform is a plus. Duties and Responsibilities
Designing and developing Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) to meet business requirements.Creating and managing workflows using Power Automate for process automation.Developing custom connectors and integrating internal & external APIs.Writing Power FX formulas for logic within Power Apps.Designing and managing Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or other data sources for applications.Creating interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.Performing unit and system testing to ensure application stability.Maintaining and optimizing existing Power Platform solutions.Gathering business requirements and translating them into functional & technical solutions.Collaborating with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective automation.Providing training and documentation for end users.Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree.Minimum 3 years of professional experience.Development experience with Microsoft Power Platform.Programming experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Python, JavaScript, SQL.Up to 5% travel.Preferred:
Advanced technical degree/certification.Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation.Experience with Lean/Agile methodology.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with AI/LLM.Certification in Microsoft Power Platform.Ability to learn new technical languages and tools.Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.Excellent communication and listening skills.Values a diverse and inclusive work environment.Your Health, Wealth, and Self
