We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation of production processes. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and ensuring consistent product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and implement automated solutions focused on process control, labor reduction, and quality complianceStandardize automation and vision solutions utilizing approved vendorsCreation and management of IQMS controlled documentation covering safety and operating procedures on automation systems Work with scheduling to perform projects efficiently, minimizing downtime and interruptionSource and manage vendor/contractor activities including part and service purchasesManage W/O activity to closure utilizing IQMSTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all types of production and infrastructure equipment when requiredAdherence to ISO procedures and company safety procedures
