**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Facilitate and be part of holistic QA and testing culture. + Write manual and automation testing scripts. + Use industry standards and best practices for the QA and testing and be ready to try new concepts and ideas to ensure highest quality software delivery. + Meet with Product and Software development team to determine the scope of the QA and testing needed for various software architectural components. + Document and present the QA metrics. + Foster culture of innovation and disciplined software testing practices to deliver business value. **Who You Are:** You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You achieve and are consistently known as a top performer. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent + Be able and willing to learn new technologies to meet the needs of the organization. + 6+ years in QA and Manual / Automation testing industry experience + High level analytical and troubleshooting skills. + Experience with test automation and frameworks + Work experience on Selenium, C#. + Proficiency in Software Unit Testing + Detail-oriented and committed to quality. + Excellent communication skills and strong time management + Proficiency in analyzing the User stories in Sprint Backlog, Test Scenarios, design Test cases, defect analysis and report. **Our Offer to You:** By joining Emerson, you will be given the opportunity to make a difference through the work you do.
