Job description

Infosys is seeking an Automation Test Lead

As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Location for this position El Dorado Hills, CA. This position may require travel.

At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing

Strong communication skills.

Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle

Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Experience:

Strong hands-on experience in Performance testing and engineering for Services, Cloud based applications and batch jobs

Good at creating and managing cloud-based services, overseeing data storage, providing support, and troubleshooting issues

Strong hands-on experience in LoadRunner Scripting, execution, and analysis

Hands on experience with various APM tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, PDC, Dynatrace etc.,)

Ability to drill down into results and complete deep dive root cause analysis

Ability to analyze Database query and provide recommendations

Ability to handle end to end projects independently

Ability to handle stakeholders and communicate precisely
