We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Lead to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading testing teams and managing complex testing projects. The Senior Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the testing process to ensure high-quality software releases.

You’ll make a difference by:
Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, training, and support.Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and processes in alignment with project goals and timelines.Coordinate and manage all testing activities during every phase of the software development lifecycle.Test Planning & Execution:
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.Ensure thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with development teams to resolve them.Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce QA standards, practices, and procedures to maintain high-quality software products.Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Conduct root cause analysis on identified defects to prevent future occurrences.Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Communicate test results, progress, and risks to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.Facilitate and participate in project meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.Technical Expertise:
Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency.Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.Troubleshoot complex testing issues and provide technical solutions to testing challenges.You’ll win us over by
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems.Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, LoadRunner).Strong knowledge of various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, V-Model).Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Certifications (Preferred):
ISTQB Advanced Level Test ManagerCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certificationBenefits:
