In this role, you will:

Gather and analyze product requirementsManage the end to end test delivery including defining the test strategy, success criteria and co-ordination of testing efforts.Participate in manual testing on UI enhancements and prepare the manual test cases to convert automation test scripts.Develop and maintain Test schedules, track and manage project risks.Maintain the project status always in green, experienced in project quality audits.Own System Test Plan; Ensure all testing scenarios, Business Rules are testedPlan, design and execute System TestingReport defects and assist in their understanding.Prepare and present test reports.Expand Automation and bring to the next levelDevelop, run and maintain both manual and automated tests across multiple productsResponsible to track progress and share daily status to stakeholdersTrain, mentor and supervise junior software engineers.Assist in development of automated test environments and QA strategiesProvide Weekly and Project Closure Reports and thresholds.Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.).
