**Job Title:** Automation Tester-Telecom Billing domain (AMDOCS or CSG) **Job Location:** Local to Philadelphia, PA or willing to relocate **Job Description:** Strong, hands on API and UI automation experience (Rest assured / Selenium) with knowledge in Billing systems (Amdocs/CSG) **Key Responsibilities** **:** + Drive the UAT and Demo’s of the application + Manage Testing done by Billing Vendors + Leadership skills to drive program test activities and own the deliverables by On/Off/Automation teams + Automation Testing + Understand the conversion process for converting and migrating billing data from legacy systems into the new billing system + Liaise with Divisions/business to get the requirements for the to-be operational dashboard view for the conversions + Determine gaps in as-is out of box reports, additional data points, change requests and collaborate with product team to drive the required implementations. + Identify trends based on the operational dashboard, do impact analysis and provide relevant communication to program manager. + Analyze system issues raised for conversion and help determine the customer accounts impacted based on trends, data via operational dashboard and provide communication to program manager. + Provide support during command center operations go-live period, liaise with product teams, divisions to monitor required activities and facilitate system issue resolution. + Providing estimating, forecasting and work planning assistance + Planning and managing Application Assessment and Requirements activities + Assisting clients in defining key capabilities/requirements that will enable their strategy using next generation Billing systems + Creating project deliverable templates and standards (e.g., including process standards) + Creating complex conceptual designs, including application interfaces and interactions + Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various application implementation activities + Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing support + Perform other duties as assigned **Required Experience** **:** + 8 yrs experience Hands on API and UI automation experience (Rest assured / Selenium) + Exposure to Telecom Billing including Account Management, Invoicing, Rating, Billing, Payment Processing, Collections, Pricing, and Configuration/Bundling + Extensive co-ordination and collaboration with Product teams and Business representatives + A deep understanding of best-practice architecture disciplines, modeling, processes and concepts + Strong stakeholder management skills. + Strong organizational and communication skills – both written and verbal + Technical or consulting environment experience + Should have excellent communication, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills + Must be comfortable in working on onsite / offshore model. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
