Job Description for Trainer
•  Conduct planned training sessions.•  Test product functionality in course training exercises.•  Tests usability, product functionality and becomes a company expert on products and processes.•  Maintaining Training Record and keeping track of Internal as well as external training.•  Support in training related initiatives.•  continuous update for new competency.•  Coordinating training schedules.•  Developing new training modules based on engineering requirements.•  Support in improving team efficiency and accuracy.
Eligibility• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics or Electrical required.• 1-2 years of training experience in engineering/systems with preferable experience in Automation Systems Programming and Drives.• Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, • Strong Knowledge of PLC, SCADA , Drive and Microsoft Office.• Ability to interpret training requirements, identify needs and resolve issues in a positive manner.
