Ed Morse is currently seeking an Automotive Accounting/ Billing Clerk to join our team. 

Responsibilities Processing various GL account reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.Process incoming payment transactions Oversee vendor collections, follow up on delinquent accountsAssist with month end closingAudit and Post New and Used Retail Deals and Wholesale TransactionsCalculate CommissionsProcess Lien PayoffsWeekly review of schedulesAssist with month end closingPerform other accounting tasks as assigned Qualifications Have a minimum of 2 years of accounting/billing experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent; associates degree in accounting or related field preferredGreat understanding of account reconciliationsAutomotive dealership experience is preferredKnowledge of billing softwares and systems is a plusBe able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced officeExcellent computer skills including Excel and WordExcellent written, verbal and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryMust be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively.
