DARCARS Automotive Group is now seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk!

DARCARS Automotive Group is looking for a full-time automotive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounts payable team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to work well under pressure, strong attention to detail, self-motivated, with a desire to learn.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in automotive field preferredExperience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferredPrevious automotive accounts payable experience preferredHigh school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and educationComputer literate to include working with Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience working with office equipment such as copier, mail machine, adding machineMust be able to pass a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities:

Process all invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and proceduresSchedule and execute payments in a timely mannerEnsure accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactionsProcess accounts payable reports to department headsPerform other accounting functions as required
