 Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Prepare daily cash deposits and complete cash control sheetEnter finalized cash receipts and update accounts receivable ledger by customerObtain and mail invoice copies for customers, as requestedProcess daily credit card depositsFile check stubs and bank receiptsResearch and process customer claims of invoice paymentResearch and process charge backs, returns, and bad checksAnswer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follow upCall and/or mail correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accountsAssist with related special projects, as requiredOther duties as assigned

 Here’s what you’ll need:

1-2 years AP/AR experience, previous automotive experience a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office software products, and the general use of a computer and calculatorStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and effective problem-solverAdvanced computer skillsHigh school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
