Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience is a plus
Ability to adapt to sudden business and industry changes as it directly effects automotive service operation
Auto dealership retail new car experienceAuto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experienceProven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industrySuperior communication and customer service skillsExcellent follow-through skillsSolid working knowledge of the InternetFamiliarity with automotive financingMaintaining a positive, can-do attitude
