We are seeking an experienced Automotive Business Consultant for our team based in the Czech Republic. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including sales, after-sales service, and dealership activities. You will be expected to understand and navigate various sales channels and models, and be familiar with the terminology, procedures, methods, and specifics of car sales and the automotive industry in general. 

Key responsibilities include

Managing and coordinating the projects in various areas of the automotive business such as: 

New Vehicle Sales: Strategies and activities related to selling new cars. After Sales and Service: Post-purchase services and customer support. Used Cars Program: Sales of used cars, including trade-in options. Dealer Operations: Organization and layout of dealer activities. Sales Channels and Models: Different approaches such as direct, indirect, online, offline, and the integration of personal customer interaction ("Human Touch"). Marketing: Strategies to promote and sell vehicles. Competition & Trends: Analysis of competitive landscape as well as current and emerging trends in the automotive industry. Sales Models and Channels: Development for various customer types, including individual and fleet sales Exploration of innovative sales formats. Sales Network Structure: Organization across markets, regions, importers, and dealers. Business Case Modeling and Financial Analysis: Creating financial projections and analyses. Workshop and Discussion Moderation: Facilitating discussions Blueprints and Guidance Creation: Developing standards, detailed guides, and comprehensive descriptions. Market and Dealership Documentation: Preparing materials for markets and dealerships. Project Management and Coordination: Overseeing projects and coordinating with third parties. 

Requirement of the role Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of five years of experience in the consulting company within automotive industry, specifically in sales and after-sales service Proven experience in dealership organization and operations Familiarity with various sales channels and models  Experience with multi brand marketing within a group setting Knowledge of automotive sales terminology, procedures, methods, and specifics Ability to create and analyze business cases and financial analyses Experience in moderating workshops and discussions Ability to create blueprints and guidance (standards, detailed guides, detailed descriptions) Experience in project management and coordination, including third-party involvement. Proactive in providing ideas, stimuli, and feedback. Driving licence B Proficiency in English and Czech language is a must
