We are currently seeking an Automotive Dealership Office Manager to join our Ed Morse team.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Daily procesing of vehicle invoices and entering all new and used vehicle inventory Review deals for accuracy prior to submitting them to accounting Complete the incentive processing for all new vehicle deals processing inventory transfers processing Used Car Wholesales and Purchases Manage incoming certificates of origin and vehicle invoices Inventory schedule review Maintain  supply inventory and process orders as neededComplete and maintain Excel schedules Process the daily mail Other duties required by management Provide a timely daily operating control (DOC) and keeps the general manager informed about trends Ensures that all manufacturer accounts including rebates and co-op advertising accounts are current and acurateStays current on all factory incentive programs and reporting Maintains confidential employment files.   Qualifications Automotive Acccounting experience in a Dealership setting is a plus. Experience with CDK, Excel & various Automotive Manufacturer websites is preferred .Ability to Self-motivate, prioritize given work-load and executive efficiently and in the required time frame is critical.Team player with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency is the key. Excellent communication skills- both written and oral.
