Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Automotive IT Project Manager will include: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Project Manager to join the Retail Sales & Marketing Support organization to assist in the planning, execution, oversight, and reporting of a portfolio of projects. This position will coordinate the activities of our business and IT team leads and requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effectively communicate and collaborate across the business, IT and Legal to guide teams towards successful project completions. Development and/or oversight of cross-functional project plans. Ownership of the change control process, including documentation of the process for submitting, reviewing and approving requests, customization for each project as necessary. Oversight of each project’s backlog in the centralized repository for business requirements. Ensuring thorough documentation and prioritization of business requirements. Development and maintenance of multi-year project roadmaps. Identify and mitigate risks, develop strategies to minimize impact. Develop effective communications for stakeholders and leadership regarding project progress, issues and to manage expectations. Monitor project releases against commitments. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, project plans, reports, and meeting minutes. Continuous improvement in project management processes, best practices, and tools to improve effectiveness. Experience in vendor management, relationship management, and conflict resolution.

As a Automotive IT Project Manager you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficient in project management, certifications like Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is a plus, but not required. Experience with project management tools such Microsoft Project, Aha!, Jira, and Azure DevOps Server. Proven expertise in strategic planning, collaboration with IT, and aligning technology investments with business goals. Strong balance of business acumen and technical aptitude.
