DARCARS Automotive Group is now hiring an Experienced Automotive Office Manager!

DARCARS Automotive Group is looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager for the Accounting department, with strong accounting expertise and leadership abilities to support overall business operations. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our automotive dealership, ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective office management.

For this role, you'll need:

At least two years of experience in a dealership management positionStrong understanding of dealership financial statementsExceptional communication skillsFamiliarity with accounting office functionsProfessional appearance and demeanor

In this role, you will:

Coordinate and prepare account reconciliations and physical inventoriesOversee deal signing processesManage finance reservesPrepare and submit 8300 reportingProcess dealer exchanges as neededCollaborate with office staff to ensure timely completion of tasksComplete end-of-month accounting reports as assignedExhibit behaviors that align with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliersAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
