Job DescriptionAdhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements (Factory, Shop and / or Hangar positions) Comply with environmental health / safety policies / procedures.  Participate in 5-S activities.  Perform all work in a safe and timely manner.Perform surface preparation on aircraft and component parts Apply primer / topcoat / final sprayPerform touch ups as neededPolish painted surfaces for finished appearanceInstall sealant and erosion tape Perform other duties as assigned

QualificationsYou typically have a minimum of 4 years' painting experience on corporate aircraft, or at least 6 years' painting experience on automotiveYou provide satisfactory results on Pulmonary Function evaluation in order to obtain respirator certificationYou have formal vocational training or equivalentYou possess customer service / aviation work experienceYou possess basic PC skills You have basic knowledge pulling maintenance manuals / IPCs from computerYou have basic knowledge of regulations dealing with transportation of hazardous materialsYou have demonstrated ability to communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft statusYou have demonstrated ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
