Pay: $21-22/hr
1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 7a-3:30p

... We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Rework Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reworking Tesla vehicle panels by sanding, smoothing, and painting them to meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, experience in automotive bodywork, painting experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
-Inspect Tesla vehicle panels for defects, scratches, or other imperfections.
-Sand down panels to remove surface imperfections and prepare them for refinishing.
-Smooth and contour panels to ensure even surfaces for painting.
-Apply primers, base coats, and clear coats using spray equipment in a controlled environment.
-Perform paint touch-ups and finishing work to achieve a flawless appearance.
-Ensure all rework meets quality control and manufacturer standards.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
-Follow all company safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
-Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of work.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
-Proven experience in automotive bodywork, panel reworking, or a similar field.
-Strong understanding of sanding, painting, and surface preparation techniques.
-Familiarity with automotive paints, tools, and safety procedures.
-Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
-Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions.
-Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual labor.
-Knowledge of vehicles is a plus but not required.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours a day
- Ability to work with a team
- Being detail oriented
