We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our Parts Department as and Automotive Parts Consultant.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of automotive parts and systems. Responsibilities: * Proved expert knowledge and advice on automotive parts and accessories to customers. * Utilize resources to research and locate hard-to-find parts. * Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of transactions. * build and maintain strong relationships with customers. * Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments. Requirements: * High School diploma or equivalents, Associate or Bachelor's degree in Automtive Technology is a plus. * Two plus years of experience in automotive parts sales, customer service or a related field. * Excellent communications, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Ability to multi-task while dealing with phones, retail customers and technicians. * Strong computer skill, including proficiency with parts management software.
