Forvia Hella is seeking its next great product cost specialist to join our team. The primary function of this role  will be to provide program cost analysis for existing and new program initiatives. This individual will be joining a well established and growing global team that is helping to move the automotive market forward.

Daily Responsibilities

Develops business case analysis for existing and acquisition electronic programs. Typical actions include determining cost of the final product, potential revenue generation and sales price to the customer.Determines costing for electronic production processes and mechanical assemblies.
Works closely with purchasing in the preparation of the bill of materials and develops target costs for key mechanical componentsWorks with internal customers like project management and sales for cost break down preparation according to customer financial guidelines.Utilize engineering economics, time value of money, cash flows, discount rates, and key figures to evaluate a project.
Implement and administer activity based costing to generate manufacturing standard costs.
