Automotive Sales Manager Compensation

Base Salary General Manager from $4,000 to $5,500 per month Assistant Manager from $3,800 to $4,500 per month Commissions General Manager Earn from $100 per unit sold, with potential earnings up to $250 per unit, based on performance. Assistant Manager Earn from $50 per unit sold, with potential earnings up to $105 per unit, based on performance. Unlimited Earning Potential: Your hard work and results drive your success, with no cap on how much you can earn!

Automotive Sales Manager Qualifications

High School Diploma, required. Associate’s degree, preferred. 5+ years of management experience Previous experience in auto sales and/or financial services Bilingual English / Spanish, required A motivated, high-energy, and self-started individual Strong leadership and high-performing team-building skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and engagement in a fast-paced environment. Highly detail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record Available to work on Saturdays and holidays. Able to pass a drug test and background check

 Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities

Lead & Develop the Sales Team – Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates to achieve peak performance. Drive Sales & Performance – Set goals, track progress, and implement sales strategies to exceed targets. Customer & Compliance Focus – Ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies. Operational Excellence – Oversee daily store operations, marketing efforts, and CRM management to optimize sales. Process Improvement – Monitor team performance, conduct training, and enhance operational efficiency.
