Automotive Sales Manager Compensation
Base Salary General Manager from $4,000 to $5,500 per month Assistant Manager from $3,800 to $4,500 per month Commissions General Manager Earn from $100 per unit sold, with potential earnings up to $250 per unit, based on performance. Assistant Manager Earn from $50 per unit sold, with potential earnings up to $105 per unit, based on performance. High School Diploma, required. Associate’s degree, preferred. 5+ years of management experience Previous experience in auto sales and/or financial services Bilingual English / Spanish, required A motivated, high-energy, and self-started individual Strong leadership and high-performing team-building skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and engagement in a fast-paced environment. Highly detail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
