Job Description:
+ Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, preferences, and budget
+ Develop a deep understanding of our inventory, pricing, and financing options to provide accurate information and guidance
+ Conduct thorough phone follow-ups with leads, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and updates on promotions, inventory changes, and financing options
+ Build lasting relationships with customers by maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional service before, during, and after the sale
+ Meet or exceed monthly sales and follow-up targets, contributing to the overall success of the dealership
+ Work closely with the sales team and management to develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement
Education & Experience:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Valid CA driver license
+ Minimum 2 years customer service experience or a minimum of 1 year sales experience
+ Call center experience is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
+ Standing and walking for prolonged periods.
+ Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
+ Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings

Compensation:
+ Base rate: $18 per hour plus commissions
+ Our sales team averages $3,000 to $10,000 per month, based on performance
All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment.
