Compensation for this position is $55,000 to $78,000 based on experience and potential incentives.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Store Manager to join our team in St. Louis, United States. As the Automotive Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our automotive store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the automotive store, including sales, customer service, and inventory managementDevelop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and financial goalsRecruit, train, and mentor store staff to build a high-performing teamEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standardsManage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of automotive parts and suppliesAnalyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisionsResolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfactionCollaborate with district management to implement company-wide initiatives and promotionsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional store environmentStay updated on industry trends, new products, and automotive technologies

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in business management or automotive technology is a plusProven leadership experience in a retail or automotive sales environmentStrong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitabilityExcellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationshipsIn-depth knowledge of automotive parts, services, and repair processesProficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systemsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customersAbility to multitask and make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailProficiency in automotive store management software and basic computer applicationsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform other job-related physical tasks
