Compensation for this position is $55,000 to $78,000 based on experience and potential incentives.
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Store Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh, United States. As the Automotive Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our automotive store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a team of automotive professionals.
Provide strong leadership and direction to store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environmentDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store revenue targetsEnsure high standards of customer service and maintain a customer-focused store cultureManage inventory levels, pricing, and product mix to optimize store performanceOversee store operations, including scheduling, payroll management, and expense controlRecruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing staffMaintain a clean, organized, and safe store environmentAnalyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisionsCollaborate with suppliers and corporate office to ensure product availability and promotionsHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulationsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in business management is a plus2-4 years of proven leadership experience in a retail or automotive sales environmentDemonstrated ability to drive financial results and control costsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceProficiency in multi-tasking and thriving in a fast-paced environmentSolid problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of automotive parts, services, and industry trendsExperience with inventory management and point-of-sale systemsBasic math skills for calculating discounts, commissions, and percentagesValid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring bending and reachingProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new software applicationsAdditional InformationBenefits
