Job DescriptionDelivery of apprenticeship curriculum and content using blended methodologies to meet the requirements of specialist areasDevelopment, maintenance and delivery of any associated apprenticeship content such as employer engagement support materialMaintain excellent training centre standards and housekeepingPlan and conduct remote and training centre delivery sessions in line with delivery calendar, including all preparatory activity and resource managementDrive and maintain high levels of personal performance to support and motivate apprentice development of knowledge, skills and behaviours in line with progress targets and programme quality metricsEnsure that the wellbeing and safeguarding of every apprentice is considered, maintained, documented and escalated if required Accurately monitor and update Individual Learning Plans, assessment plans, block reports and other required documentation and systemsFacilitate conduct the delivery of Bosch gateway assessments and End Point AssessmentsAdherence to regulatory and Bosch requirements whilst upholding the highest levels of customer satisfactionEvaluate your own personal effectiveness against programme KPI’s such as:observations of teaching and learningapprentice progressionreview and H&S complianceassessment success ratesTake responsibility to continuously improve and meet KPI’sActively contribute during apprentice “at-risk” meetings with Programme Coordinators and colleagues to coordinate early successful interventions and address identified issuesEnsure all apprentice tracking and documentation (paper and electronic systems) is accurate and up to dateManage individual apprentice welfare & progress for a cohort of learnersMaximise apprentice OTJT training opportunities with employersMake prompt interventions and develop solutions with apprentices and employers where apprentice progress does not meet targets Conduct effective and timely welfare, H&S and apprentice reviews, both remotely and in the fieldProvide information, advice, support, guidance and training required to apprentices and employers enabling the timely development of the apprentice’s knowledge skills and behavioursIn conjunction with the other functional teams, managers and leaders:Ensure programme quality assurance meets all regulatory requirements including OFSTED inspections and ESFA funding rulesMaximise apprentice outcomesInnovate, develop ideas & procedures to continually improve and deliver excellenceDevelop programme documentation and training material in support of employer engagementEnsure availability of centre resourcesConduct successful apprentice assessments including EPA’s.Maintain & develop close working relationships to work towards common goalsShare knowledge, help others and develop best practice with all stakeholdersEnsure personal compliance in regard to Bosch central directivesWork closely with our residential accommodation partners, conduct hotel monitoring visits and attend apprentice welcome meetingsThrough employer engagement, assist the apprentice recruitment drive in order to create and fill vacanciesQualificationsBe a key team player with a positive solution-based approach and attitudeThe ability to enforce actions within the scope of responsibility with an inclusive but assertive stylePossess the relevant experience and qualifications in associated vocational areasFunctional Skills Level 2 standard of education in English and MathematicsTraining and Assessor qualifications (or willing to work towards / develop their knowledge and skills)Ability to work to tight deadlines and stretching KPI’sIT literate with skills to develop and maintain documents and records in online systemsAbility to use multimedia technologies to effectively deliver a blended learning curriculumAbility to support business development and growthAbility to research and extract latest vehicle technologies to differentiate between essential and supplementary knowledge required for apprenticeship deliveryAbility to work with all stakeholders as directed, to develop and maintain training and quality accreditations for the businessThroughout the delivery of duties, reinforce the technical attributes / attractiveness of Bosch products and services where applicable and promote Bosch training solutionsThe flexibility to travel throughout the UK is required in order to support business activities. The role is field based with frequent travel as far north as Coventry and as far south as Cornwall There will also be a requirement to visit our Denham HQ once a month for Team events.
The role is a Band 7 Position within our internal banding structure.
