Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Dungannon to recruit a new full time and permanent Parts Advisor to join their team

Duties

Dealing with parts enquiries via telephone, face to face and e-mailProactive sales of parts to existing and new customers, relationship building with customersFulfilling parts enquiries and orders from retail customers and our own workshopMaintaining an efficient stock control systemParts picking from warehouseMonitoring and order replenishment of impressed stock with key customersAll administrative duties associated with parts ordering and returnsEnsuring that the Parts Department runs as efficiently as possibleEnsuring that customer demands are met, and that the correct solution is suppliedAd hoc duties commensurate with the position

Required Criteria

Relevant parts experience within motor factors or commercial vehicle industryPrevious experience of using stock control systemsAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, in a professional mannerBeing accountableA full and clean driving licenceBe self-motivated, proactive and have the ability to work on their own initiativeHave the ability to prioritise effectively and be highly organisedBe willing to accept change and have the ability and flexibility to adapt accordingly as business needs requireHave a responsible and methodical attitude to work
