Autonomous Systems Engineer - Position Description

ICI Services is looking for motivated individuals who want to join our team. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Services, and Technical Services to government clients in 14 states and the District of Columbia. We need an Autonomous Systems Engineer ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Security Clearance:

Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities:

Support systems integration, installation, and fielding of hardware and software that enable autonomous capability.   Support watercraft pre-installation surveys and provide results. Assist with the procurement and assembly of hardware and components required for installing components for the following systems: craft automation and control, navigation, perception, robotics, autonomous control, and maneuvering. Troubleshoot systems as necessary on the boats and in the lab. Support Laboratory testing via testbeds or hardware in the loop.

Experience Requirements:

·         5 years of experience directly related to Systems Integration of autonomous systems.

·         1 year of experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an Engineering, Math, Physical Sciences, and/or Computer Science field.
