主要职责：

1. 分析汽车ADAS域控制器的客户需求和系统需求，编写软件需求和软件架构文档。

2. 协同硬件团队，配置特定硬件平台的MCAL，编写外设芯片驱动。

3. 使用AUTOSAR基础软件配置工具，如Vector DaVinci Configurator等，实现AUTOSAR基础软件模块的开发，如操作系统、通信协议栈（ CAN、LIN、Ethernet 等）、诊断、存储、输入输出等。

4. 使用 AUTOSAR 软件组件设计工具，如 Vector DaVinci Developer 等，进行软件组件的开发，包括建模、编码、调试、单元测试，保证代码质量与执行效率，实现预期功能。

5. 配合测试团队，迅速定位并修复软件缺陷。

职位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子工程、自动化等相关专业。

2. 3年以上AUTOSAR开发经验，熟悉AUTOSAR架构和方法论，熟练使用AUTOSAR工具。

3. 精通 C/C++ 编程语言，熟悉数据结构与算法，具备扎实的编程功底，能够编写高效、可维护的代码。

4. 深入理解汽车电子通信协议（CAN、LIN、Ethernet 等），具备通信协议栈开发与调试技能。

5. 熟悉汽车电子硬件架构，有硬件驱动开发及软硬件集成经验者优先。

6. 了解汽车行业标准和规范，如ASPICE、ISO26262等。

7. 英语读写流利，能够阅读、撰写英文技术文档，适应国际化的工作环境。
