About the RoleAs a Autosar BSW Lead Engineer, you will need technical Plan the software development activities and implement the software solutions.
You would be interacting with Customers, Team and the Management to define the requirements and implement.
• Involved in Understanding the requirements, architect and implementing the software solution.
• Preparing the work breakdown and support the Management in task planning.
• Technically Manage the team and support in issue resolution
• Co-ordinate with customer, Counterparts, Cross Functional teams and Management
• Owning the project technical deliveries
• Mentor the Junior team members
• Hands on experience in ECU product development engineering practices in automotive
• Experience in Autosar stack Implementation and configuration (Rte, Com, Diag, Cybersecurity, Ethernet, CDD)
• Experience in Embedded OS – Microsar, ETAS etc
• Experience in architecting embedded software on Multi core and Multiprocessor system.
• Experience in Software platform development.
• Experience in embedded software development in C/C++
• Experience of working with 16 bit and 32-bit micro-controllers
• Experience in complete ECU software development including Application, Autosar and low-level drivers.
• Knowledge on Automotive communication networks: CAN, LIN & Ethernet.
• Exposure to Functional Safety is added advantage
• Bachelor/Masters’ degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
• 12+ years’ experience in Automotive ECU software development
• 4+ years of Automotive Software Designing
