Como Auxiliar de Comercio Exterior, gestionas en la cordinación y seguimiento de todos los trámites y diligencias requeridos para completar las operaciones de comercio exterior (procesos asociados a importación y exportación) de bienes y servicios, garantizando la optimización de los costos logísticos, cumplimiento de las normas aplicables y las promesas a los clientes internos y externos.

Responsabilidades Clave

Realizar el Procurement de las órdenes de compra importadas y pedidos de exportación (envío, seguimiento y control) con el objetivo de realizar un reporte oportuno de novedades para gestionar el cumplimento en las entregas y los envío.Elaborar y analizar informes de inventario en tránsito, con el fin de garantizar la información requerida para el cierre contable mensual.Solicitar cotizaciones a proveedores de servicios y realizar simulaciones de costos logísticos, con el fin de proporcionar a los diferentes procesos la información requerida para los análisis de factibilidad de los proyectos generados.Planear o ejecutar proyectos de mejoramiento continuo a través de mejores prácticas que incrementen la actividad de la compañía.Elaborar informes de acuerdo con los requerimientos de los entes gubernamentales, que regulan las operaciones de comercio exterior, para garantizar cumplimientos de las normas aplicables.Realizar seguimiento a los contratos, sus actualizaciones y poderes mandatorios, con el fin de dar cumplimiento a las políticas internas de compras y la normatividad legal vigente.Establecer comunicación e identificar contactos claves en las filiales PPG consolidando la información de disponibilidad y ofertas de productos a importar, con el fin de entregar a compras información confiable para el proceso de negociación.

Cualificaciones:

1 año al menos de experiencia en áreas de comercio internacional y/o logística.Carrera en administración, negocios internacionales o afín.Conocimiento de Excel (funciones y tablas dinámicas)Manejo de algún sistema ERP               Inglés intermedio/ avanzado.Habilidades de comunicación, organización y planeación, así como trabajo en equipo y atención al detalle.
