As a Control Desk Assistant, you will ensure the receipt of the necessary documents to proceed with the payment to the transportation line, which include: delivery evidence that guarantees full recovery of the customer portfolio and the route sheets along with their accessory vouchers to proceed with the freight payment process and all duly authorized accessories

You will work Onsite and you will report to administrative coordinator of our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities

You will apply the freight payment ID process to ensure the continuity of the operation following internal policies.

You will receive and validate shipping notes that represent the delivery evidence for each order delivered to our customers.

You will perform the shipment release process in OTM. Ensure the correct safekeeping and filing of all documents for which we are responsible.

You will track each shipment generated to ensure its payment cycle is completed.

Process the generation of payment ID per shipment and its proper submission for approval.

Qualifications

Previous experience in similar positions

High school diploma or technical degree

English not required

1 year of experience in similar positions

Intermediate Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
