Job Description A leading healthcare client is seeking an AV Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will partner with internal clients and Corporate Communications to design, plan, and execute digital events, ensuring all technical and logistical aspects are covered. You will consult on system design, plan event setups, manage registrations, execute events, and handle post-event measurements. Your responsibilities include creating and revising project plans, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining event equipment such as video switchers, cameras, lighting, and audio systems. You will serve as both Technical Director and Co-Producer, overseeing webcast administration, monitoring, and recording. Additionally, you will book and manage technical crews and external vendors, leverage tools to report key statistics, and manage the technical support lifecycle. You will also set up and monitor internal video portal channels, provide AV support for conference center events, and support executive-level events with technical assistance. Regular tasks include performing software updates, system maintenance, and maintaining an accurate inventory of assets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operating a variety of technical equipment within an AV, Broadcast, or Production capacity. They should be detail-oriented, passionate about digital events, adept at multi-tasking, collaborative, and maintain composure under pressure. The candidate will also be responsible for advancing the digital event platforms sophistication and fostering strong relationships across the organization. Skills and Requirements - Must be bilingual English and French, verbal and written - 3 - 5+ years in digital event management and/or technical field (ie.
