We are looking for a Video & Collaboration Support Specialist to join our team and support our global Video Conferencing and Collaboration environment, specifically dedicated to company Executives. Our client is standardizing on Cisco and Microsoft for their video and collaboration needs and requires individuals with strong critical thinking skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for continuous learning. Responsibilities: + Provide white glove support for executives and VPs. + Deliver L1/L2 troubleshooting support in an enterprise environment. + Offer technical support and troubleshooting in helpdesk or desktop support roles. + Manage the setup and support of audio/visual/control solutions for meetings and events for executives and VPs. + Support conference room technology and troubleshoot user issues during conferencing meetings. + Utilize collaboration tools such as MS Teams and Cisco WebEx. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
