The Scope of Services for the Operations Manager’s role includes managing operations of the business, coordinating team assignments, managing all aspects of the sales funnel and quote creation, working directly with clients, and implementing strategic improvements in all aspects of the business to propel the company’s growth. The contracted Operations Manager must be a natural leader who will provide services for all aspects of the business. The successful contractor must be exceptionally knowledgeable in both the A/V and business world.
